CONDITIONS FOR BUYER REGISTRATION

Please read carefully before completing Registration Form.

Application as Buyer

1. The Angkor International Tourism Exchange (AITEX) 2007 will be held in Siem Reap, Kingdom of Cambodia from 01 - 03 October 2007.

2. AITEX 2007 is open to all suppliers of services as well as buyers from around the world and such other retailers, agents, convention and incentive organizers, and other establishments dealing in outbound.

3. Those who wish to participate in AITEX as Buyer must:

8 Submit the above forms NO LATER than August 31, 2007 for inclusion in the appointment scheduling process.

5. The following definitions of POSTMARK deadline will apply:

8 Date of release by the registrant's contracted courier service.

8 Date of remittance by the registrant's banking service.

Cancellation, Substitution

1. AITEX 2007 Secretariat must be notified in writing (by fax, email or letter) of any cancellation or delegate substitution.

2. Lost badges will be replaced upon payment of an administrative fee of US$5.00

3. Ministry of Tourism, CATA and CHA shall not be liable, whether individual or collectively, for any loss suffered by the participants in the event that AITEX is cancelled, postponed, shortened or extended due to any cause beyond its or their control.

Entitlement

1. Only duly registered AITEX Buyers and Sellers are allowed to participate in AITEX.

2. Admission to the AITEX area will be strictly by AITEX name badges. All Sellers and Buyers are required to wear their badges at all times in the AITEX area.

3. All registered delegates arriving during the AITEX will be given complimentary airport transfers in Siem Reap. Please confirm your flight schedule to the AITEX Secretariat.

4. Daily shuttle service for all registered delegates will be provided to all functions and activities included in the AITEX official programme.

Acceptance of Registration

This application, when signed and stamped, shall serve as an agreement between the applicant's organization and AITEX 2007 Secretariat that the above terms and conditions have been read and understood by the applicant. AITEX 2007 Secretariat reserves the right to reject any incomplete application submitted without the applicant's signature or the stamp of the company.
